We absolutely loved this apartment. It was very clean, up to date, and spacious. The location was excellent - close to metros, cafes, the Seine, Notre Dame, and more. David and his team were also excellent. They answered every question, delivered laundry detergent, and even arranged for air conditioning in the bedrooms during one of the heatwaves that hit Paris this summer.

The apartment was exactly as advertised - quaint, well appointed and in the perfect location on a quiet street directly across from the grocery. David and the team were extraordinary and even surprised with a beautiful, tasty welcome basket. Highly recommend this apartment!

Very nice apartment, excellent location. Communication with host was easy as was check-in process. However, for the price, it was missing some small things that prevent a 5-star rating (ex only one toilet, seating area in living room could be improved, lack of closet space usable for guests). That being said, would recommend if you are looking for a centrally located apartment on the left bank.

David’s apartment was exactly like the photos. Quite a few fans were provided, but they were not necessary for us in late October. The building itself is secure, with stairs and an elevator that fits max two people. The apartment is in a very convenient spot near St. Germain Boulevard, a popular street with many shops and restaurants. All forms of transportation are nearby: there is a bike station right in front of the building, and the metro and the taxis are a few minutes’ walk away. If you’re from the United States looking for a bit of the familiar, Starbucks, McDonald’s, and Chipotle are all very close, as well (as of October 2025). David was a great host, communicating throughout the stay.
