Stunning one bedroom Cape Cod style Cottage on Long Boat Key, Florida

Enjoy breathtaking sunrises on Sarasota Bay. This one bedroom, well appointed cottage sleeps four. Unit 11 features one bedroom, one full bathroom and a pull out couch. All linen and towels are provided. (A "fresh" towel exchange takes place at the pool area on Wednesdays.)

Amenities on property include: A pool, a dock on the bay side for you to dock a boat or fish. Gas grills are available by the pool and the Gulf side beach. There is a club house with game room and small library that can also be used for a large family gathering. A laundry room is available on site at no extra cost.

This small resort is an ideal vacation spot. There is a small shopping plaza with some restaurants, ice cream parlor, bank, all within walking distance of the cottage. There is also additional upscale restaurants in St Armand's Circle, located at the South end of the Key,

A Publix supermarket is approximately 3 miles from the condo.
