The only Beach House Resort unit with bay views from both the bedroom and the kitchen. Beach House Resort #9 is an upper-level end unit in Bradenton Beach with a screened lanai facing the Gulf and a dual water orientation that no other unit in the complex offers.

The private spa is shared among complex guests. Numerous chaise lounges are available at beachside. The Gulf beach stretches for miles in both directions from the front of the building.

One bedroom sleeps four. The master has a king bed. The living room sleeper sofa handles the remaining guests. One full bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for meals at home. Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. High-speed WiFi included.

Bridge Street's restaurants, shops, and bars are less than a 5-minute walk — well-positioned for guests who want Gulf-front access with walkable dining and nightlife.

Minimum stay: 7 nights during winter months and June/July. During slower periods, 3-night stays are available — contact IVP to confirm current availability. One parking space per unit.

Probably won't stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were greeted with a door you couldnt open at all with one hand..two hands barely. You could barely get it to shut tight enough to enter code and in the evening if you wanted to go out dont have anything in your hands..glad there wasn't a fire. Ants arrived at our room as well and nothing to spray..called island vacation properties and they sent someone to put ant bait out. Also attempted to fix door Even if you wanted to grill out there were absolutely no seasoning or anything to use. We have stayed at plenty of places down here and they have always had things in the kitchen cabinets to use for that purpose. 2 very small bars of soap were left for us for 7 days. Glad I brought an extra one. Supply closet door would not shut (rusted tracking).

The most beautiful views. Very clean updated condo. The rental people were wonderful and very responsive. Comfortable furniture and bedding. Would definitely stay here again. Only improvement might be better outdoor chairs like the ones on the level below us.

A Wonderful Beach. Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of our beach condo was perfect! Being steps away from the ocean was a bit of paradise. The team of Any and Amy was great! They were attentive, responsive and most importantly nice. The unit itself was nice but could use a little updating. The barstools are rusty. The outdoor furniture was cracked and one of the chairs broke. The outside of the condos was in need of new screens, the gate was taped off. I understand the hurricane was horrible and it takes time to rebuild (the supporting poles on level 1 and 2). However, the location can not be beat!

Medical Visit

Beautiful area and beach. The location was perfect with restaurants walking distance that had amazing food. I went there to have a medical treatment and was able to enjoy and relax. The property was perfect for my husband and I.

Perfect location

We had an amazing stay. Property was super clean, short beach walk to ocean, and beach was not crowded! Location was perfect; right next to the free Trolley stop and many restaurants within walking distance. We spotted dolphins many times from the balcony and beach during our stay. Only negatives - the hot tube was a little less than desirable and we arrived a little early but had to wait to the exact time of check in to enter the rental. It meet and exceeded needs for our getaway.

Relaxing

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March. I took my 21 year old daughter on this getaway, the week before my double mastectomy. This was one of our best trips! The view was breathe taking! It was close to everything. We made so many memories. This is exactly what what we needed!!

I love the area and the place I have stayed in several units there. The stairs are brutal to get luggage up. I feel like the place could have been cleaner. The sheets were yellowed old stains maybe or just old sheets and I had to put towels on bed to sleep. Great area and nice place overall.
