Loved that the home was pet-friendly. Plenty of space in the home for all especially when bringing all the family together. Easy walk to the lake. Quiet neighborhood. Liked that there was plenty of parking.
This house is very well equipped for groups! Kitchen is a dream compared to other rentals we’ve had. Lots of fun. Beach is great and not too crowded even despite the heat and time of year. Second year staying here, highly recommend.
The house is even better in person. So much for everyone in the family to do and plenty of room. I will definitely be booking this house again but for a longer stay.
We had a perfect week at Stone Manor. The house is well equipped with everything you’d need and the space cannot be beat. 3 large rooms to hang out in, play games and relax.
Great for multi generation get together. Plenty of space to relax or play together. We really enjoyed the fire pit, close proximity to the water and having a kitchen with all the needed equipment to cook for a large group.
We had a fabulous stay. So muh to do there, for adults and kids. Lots of space, inside and outside. The double shower was a very nice treat for my husband and me. Shawn was fabulous, always responding quickly. We would definitely stay there again!
We stayed here with 16 guys for a big hockey tournament and had an absolute blast. The house is even better than the pictures show and there is plenty of room for all. We really enjoyed spending time in the bar room as well as the game room in the basement! I would highly recommend this for large families and groups!
We enjoyed our stay here. The house is large and fully equipped. We loved the 2 game rooms and the kayaks. The beach is about a 15 minute walk, mostly uphill on the way back. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and not too far from stores, restaurants and other attractions.
There were 14 of us that stayed at this house for a wedding at Castle in the Clouds. The house was very spacious and there was a lot to do with the fire pit, pool table, etc.
Stone Manor accommodated our family of eleven very well. We appreciated the amount of space, inside and out, especially the two game rooms. Walking to the beach is reasonable but it’s quite a hill on the way back. The host was friendly and responsive. Overall, everyone enjoyed the stay.
This was our second time renting this property and it was just as great the second time around. Shawn is a friendly owner who is available for any questions/concerns that come up. The house is perfect for our multigenerational group, very comfortable and plenty of space. The A/C was much appreciated and needed the week we were there. The only note is the overall cleanliness of the rooms, particularly the kitchen items. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked, we cooked every day but many of the pots and pans and misc. items we used need to be scrubbed before we used them. The entire kitchen could use a deep clean, the pantry items in particular, but it didn't detract from the overall fantastic time we had. If we come back to NH we will certainly return to Stone Manor.
We've stayed in cabins, condos and houses but never one with as many amenities as this house. It was like they went on vacation for a week and let us stay in their home while they were gone. Kitchen with pantry loaded with dishes, pots, utensils. The garage had a variety of outdoor toys. Would visit again.
Make sure you tell the owner right away you need sheets and towels, otherwise they are not provided and an additional $200.
We had a great time, super fun place.
Stone Manor was perfect for our party of nine and could have held more. It had everything we needed and more. Shawn was great! Two game rooms and so much fun for the whole family.
Walk to the beach, though pass available for 1 car to carry all your stuff. Would love to come back!
My children and grandchildren stayed at the house and LOVED every minute of their vacation. First of all, Shawn is an outstanding host and communicator. Thank you Shawn.
Secondly, the house is large, beautiful and FUN. The walk to the beach is easy but Shawn even provided a beach pass for our car. If you want a great vacation this is the house for you.
The host was amazing, responded quickly & called! So friendly! The house was perfect! There were 15 of us and we were more than comfortable with plenty of room! 2 game rooms on different levels all the amenities you could ever need. The view was incredible!!! Love love love this home! Will be staying there again without a doubt!!!! THANK YOU SHAWN!!!!!!!
Our large family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stone Manor! There was great living space and so much to do at the house that a rainy day didn't dampen our spirits a bit. The association beach was beautiful and never too crowded. Family favorites were the huge fire pit, kayaking, volleyball on the beach, the pool table, and the giant Connect Four game. There are many other games as well. The beds were comfy and the house was very clean and well stocked for cooking. Host Shawn was super responsive to all my questions. We hope to return next year!
Perfect house for a large family. We had 12 of us for a weekend wedding and Shawn's house was in the ideal location. The house was clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable and a great entertaining home. The three separate "living rooms", made it perfect for the teenagers to be in one area and adults in another. Shawn contacted me a week before we were to arrive to go over everything. Couldn't ask for a more gracious host. I would highly recommend this house to anyone that is staying in this area.
