A house that has been completely renovated to look brand-new, nestled in the countryside on the first hill and completely surrounded by the ulivi.Su s two levels: on the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen fully equipped with all appliances and accessories (pots, dishes, wine glasses), and a complimentary kitchen kit is provided (dishwasher tablets + sponge + dish soap); the bathroom with a shower, complete with towels and shower gel; and finally, a pantry for storing luggage. On the second floor, you’ll find the master bedroom and the living room with a sleeper sofa, both featuring traditional wooden-beamed ceilings and equipped with TVs. Outside, there is a beautiful outdoor area furnished with small sofas and a beach umbrella, perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet while sipping a glass of wine on summer evenings. All windows are equipped with mosquito screens, and industrially sanitised linens are provided. Guests staying in this home can reach seaside towns such as Sestri Levante, Lavagna, and Chiavari in just a few minutes. They can also visit the Cinque Terre, Portofino Park, Camogli, and San Fruttuoso with its abbey. At the same time, you can take beautiful walks to admire the natural scenery—for example, Monte San Giacomo and Montallegro—and visit the Basilica dei Fieschi.
