This 40 m² apartment features one bedroom and a double sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests. Ideal for couples or small families, it’s situated in a peaceful, family-friendly area right by the sea.

The apartment includes a fully equipped American-style kitchen with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee maker. Guests can enjoy a private terrace, air conditioning (in the living room), heating, satellite TV in multiple languages, and free Wi-Fi. Outdoor parking is included, and pets are welcome upon request for an additional fee.

Conveniently located near a supermarket (300 m), Peralada Golf Course (16 km), Figueres AVE/TGV station (20 km), and Girona Airport (65 km), the apartment is well-connected for exploring the Costa Brava.
