The stunning, newly built (April 2026) Villa Sangria accommodates 16–18 guests and features modern, stylish décor and reversible air conditioning; it is situated in a quiet neighborhood.
8 double bedrooms (+ 2 folding single beds available upon request)
Heated swimming pool with a waterfall and whirlpool jets.
Outdoor Jacuzzi for 5–6 people.
The villa is located 700 meters from the beach and close to all amenities.
Ground floor layout:
Large, air-conditioned living room (65 m²) with a sofa
+ Dining table with 16 chairs
+ Fully equipped open-plan kitchen
+ Two air-conditioned bedrooms with a 180 cm bed setup (two 90 cm beds pushed together) and a shared bathroom (shower, toilet, sink)
+ One air-conditioned master suite with shower, toilet, and sink
+ Guest toilet.
Upstairs layout:
3 air-conditioned master suites with 180 cm bed setups (two 90 cm beds pushed together) and private bathrooms (shower, toilet, sink)
+ 2 bedrooms with 180 cm bed setups (two 90 cm beds pushed together) and a bathroom with bathtub, toilet, and sink.
Access is via an internal staircase from the living room. One of the suites features a flat-screen TV with international channels. Additionally, the living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV offering French, German, and English channels, among others, as well as fiber-optic Wi-Fi.
Outside, there is a sunny, heated swimming pool (11 m x 3.5 m) with a waterfall and whirlpool jets (13.5 kW heat pump). The pool is heated from the first Saturday of April to the last Saturday of October. The heat pump kicks in below 28°C, though it depends on the weather... We gain about eight to ten degrees over the average daytime outdoor temperature. There is a large terrace with two tables seating 16 people for meals near the charcoal barbecue.
You will have six sun loungers at your disposal, as well as a pleasant outdoor seating area under a bioclimatic pergola.
Indoor parking for three vehicles. Fully enclosed grounds.
We can put you in touch with people for babysitting, cleaning, and ironing services during your stay.
