The apartment is well located in the villa/boutique hotel area of Kalkan - enough distance from the centre and bars to be very quiet. It is spacious and well appointed to suit a family of four. The kitchen in particular is generous and well equipped. It sits in an established apartment complex sharing a large and very clean pool with well tended gardens surrounding it - all very pleasant. Kamal was very helpful throughout.

Great location and amenities near by. We arrived quite late and our host could not have been more helpful checking us in and leaving snacks for us. Very highly recommended.

Accommodation just as described, very well equipped kitchen, extremely helpful host who met us in the middle of the night to welcome us (late flight) lovely welcome pack of foodstuffs. Easy walking distance to local shops, bars and restaurants. 11/2 miles 30mim walk into the town centre and harbour, taxi or hire car advised. Great base from which to explore Kalkan and its surrounding. A&G

We arrived late at night and unfortunately our host had already advised that he was unable to meet us. We were sent clear instructions and the apartment was easy to find in the complex. Inside the accommodation was very well presented and clean but there was no welcome pack as indicated on other reviews. The location is good as you can walk into town, it’s downhill but we took cabs back. Kalkan is very hilly so you have to choose which to tackle! Again easy walk to 2 beach clubs but steep uphill walk back. The host was easily contactable and responded quickly. The pool is lovely and quiet but does not have a shallow end which I found unusual. Overall a great stay which was quiet and relaxing and we would return.Thank you to Kemal for hosting.
