The apartment was perfectly located in a very trendy part of Lisbon. My young family of 4 had a great time walking around the local area. The apartment was clean, spacious and equipped with all the essentials to be comfortable. Communication from GuestReady was polite and prompt. We’d love to stay again!

The location was great. Walking distance to Main Street. A small hiccup when we arrived. The place was not ready, the key was not available. Nonetheless, the place is clean, quiet and location is perfect to see the city.

The apartment was not clean when we showed up. There was hair on the floor/steps. The company offered to clean it the night before check out so we declined. The shower was EXTREMELY small and the shower head did not stay up. We had to adjust it multiple times during each shower. Quite a few pillows had no pillowcases and the bed had one flat sheet on it.l so if we moved around during sleep, we woke up laying on the bare mattress. The apartment was on a small back street kind of tucked away from everything. The positives were that it had plenty of space for our family of 4. The dining room table, couch and kitchenette were nice to have. And there was a laundromat right across the way so we were able to do laundry during our 12 day trip.

Al llegar al hall del apartamento había mucho olor a humedad, encierro. La habitación de 2 camas, la cual daba a la calle, al no contar con mosquitera o apertura rebatible no permitia dejar las ventanas abiertas para airear. Esa habitación se respiraba humedad, moho, insalubre. El zócalo del piso estaba negro de moho en sus 4 laterales. Imposible dormir ni respirar. La zona de cocina y estar se encuentra en subsuelo, con una puerta cerrada sin posibilidad de abrir y tener aire de fuera. Informé la situación el día de llegada y 24hs más tarde vinieron a pasar un producto antihongos al zócalo del dormitorio. El olor persistía, como también mi solicitud de cambio, el cual siendo fin de semana no tuve respuesta. Aún al espera de una devolución.

Sehr tolle Wohnung, sauber, mit Duschgel und Shampoo....sowie einem Starter Set für die Küche. Die Fenster im Kinderzimmer sind direkt auf der Straße, kann man aber super verschließen.
