Un appartement très bien situé dans une résidence accueillante avec parking privé et proches de l’aéroport ainsi que des routes permettant de se balader dans le sud de la Sardaigne facilement. Le quartier est résidentiel et calme. L’appartement est propre, fonctionnel et permet aisément de passer une semaine à 4 sans se marcher dessus. Petit plus pour le séjour : glacière, pains de glace et parasol pour permettre de profiter des magnifiques plages sardes.Les lits sont agréables, la salle de bain est propre et spacieuse. Nous avons également apprécié la présence de la machine à laver. Valter a été présent et réactif à nos demandes d’informations. Ces conseils ont été appréciés et bienvenus nous permettant de trouver les commerces de proximité utiles à notre séjour.Nous vous recommandons Valter et son logement pour profiter du sud de la Sardaigne pour une semaine de vacances en famille.

L'appartement est bien agencé pour accueillir une grande famille de 6 personnes et la terrasse est très agréable. L'appartement pourrait être un peu mieux équipé notamment dans la cuisine où un espace existe pour un lave-vaisselles qui est absent et le nombre de couverts est limité. Un autre point important est que l'une des deux chambres (la plus petite et celle dans laquelle il peut y avoir jusqu'à 4 personnes) ne dispose pas de climatisation. Enfin, l'appartement est situé plutôt à 10-15 minutes de la plage à pied car il ne faut pas emprunter à pied la voie rapide située derrière l'appartement qui ne dispose pas de trottoirs même si elle permet d'accéder plus rapidement à la plage. Le supermarché est situé à environ 7-8 minutes à pied de l'appartement.
