The amenities were very good. The living area was attractive and comfortable. Flavio, the greeter, was accommodating, friendly, and very helpful. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed, including a toaster, a Nescafé espresso maker, and pots and pans etc. the bedroom and bath were also comfortable, attractive, and well furnished. Unfortunately they are on the second floor uo and narrow twisty staircase

Disappointed to have no A/C in the main living and kitchen area. Host lack to follow through with maintenance repair of A/C during our stay. Representative from rental agency was using entry code to walk into home without ringing doorbell while we were inside, it was uncomfortable due to heat and discomfort of our safety. Agency has not responded to our concern during this stay.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're sorry your stay wasn't as comfortable as it should have been.
We take A/C issues seriously, especially during the summer heat, and we understand how frustrating it is to deal with that kind of discomfort during a stay. To help in the meantime, our team brought over a Dyson fan and an additional fan so you'd have some relief while the repair was being handled.
We'd also like to clarify one point: our representative knocked before entering, and the visit had been communicated to you in advance — it was arranged specifically to drop off the fans, not an unannounced entry. That said, we understand it's unsettling to have anyone come to the door during your stay, and we're sorry for any discomfort this caused.
We're reviewing our maintenance response times to make sure future guests don't face the same wait for a repair. If there's anything else you'd like to discuss, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
Warm regards,
