We had a wonderful stay in a fantastic location within easy walking distance of Rome’s major attractions, restaurants, and charming streets. The property was very clean and full of character, and the host was responsive with everything matching the description. First and foremost our Host Ria and her Assistant Emanuele were wonderful!Communication with them was immediate and answered any questions we had. Emanuele even arranged a reservation for us at a Rooftop Bar with an exceptional view of the Colosseum at night.The Apartment is updated and has all the amenities you need and is located in a very central area close to many major attractions and nearby restaurants that we were able to visit by walking.The only thing that may impact your stay are the stairs if you have any mobility issues and there is a Night Club located a few doors away that can make it noisy at night.

Wonderful apartment to stay in in Rome. Had 3 levels. The 2 bedrooms each had a dedicated set of stairs to the top level. Kitchen was bottom level. Everything else on the main level. Very convenient location as well. House hosts were very helpful.

the location was terrific. near shops and restaurants and not far from major sitesthe apartment itself is a bit of a challenge with lots of steep stairs and bathrooms not on the same floor as the bedroomsbut the major irritant was the heavy metal nightclub next door which prevented us from sleeping over the weekend

Stayed an entire week for spring break and we were a family of 3. It was perfect! The location was amazing. There is a club next door which can be loud over the weekend but we used our noise maker and it didn’t bother us. For the location, it just can’t be beat. Emmanuel was very helpful with our questions during our stay and we had a fantastic time. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends/family

Great communication with the property managers. Clean, comfortable beds, nice shower, excellent location. Plenty of dining options nearby. The only issue is when the music club is open at night, it is VERY loud! You won’t sleep until they close and people leave. Highly recommend ear plugs. Stairs are also fairly steep; not for people that have any mobility issues.

The apartment is in an excellent location for all the high lights of Rome. We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Check-in was great communication with the owner was easy. Bed was a bit firm and the stairs to the rooms are very narrow but we managed well
