Located in a quiet neighborhood, this home offers privacy, plenty of outdoor space (600 sq. feet of private deck) and luxury accommodations. If that appeals to you then this townhouse is your perfect vacation choice. The first floor has an open design with a fully equipped kitchen, including high end stainless steel appliances (gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, and fridge), wood cabinets, quartz counters and glass back splash. In addition the kitchen has a complete selection of pots, pans, cooking utensils and small appliances for your use. Also on this level is the dining area, with seating for six that opens to the living space with new furnishings, handsomely appointed fixtures and tastefully chosen art. Access the private outdoor space with deck, umbrellas, table, chairs and gas grill. There is a shower bath on the first floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms (TVs in both), one king bed and one queen bed, a full bath with rain forest shower head, subway tile, ceramic tile floor, spa hotel fixtures and laundry. There are wood floors throughout, central air, ceiling fans, HD cable TV with premium channels, DVD, AM/FM stereo, WIFI, off street parking. During the season we require a weekly or monthly rental. Off season we have 2 night minimum and 3 nights for holiday periods.

Note, as of July 1st 2019 we are required to collect State/Local taxes of 14.45%.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to Ptown for many years. We looked for our house for over a year. This place has the charm of the old but all the benefits of new construction. Central Heat and Air, New build, Tankless Water heater etc. We love the natural light, the outdoor private, living air. The bedrooms have large vaulted ceilings and are on the 2nd floor. Walk to Muscle Beach, Boatslip and 1 block from Liz's cafe.

What makes this property unique

Great location, close, but very quiet on a dead end street! Great outdoor space. Great L shaped deck that is 40 feet long and private, exclusive space.
