Property is well maintained, clean and overall, as advertised. A easy short walk to the beach and restaurants. 20 min to IMG. All appliances are updated and in good condition. Lovely place for a spring getaway

Always a great event for us.

Having all the other properties that were damaged by the hurricanes, most of them still needing repairs, we were really impressed that our building was in such good shape. Well done to the owners!!

Cozy beach condo in fantastic location

We stayed 3 nights to close out a spring break trip. The condo was comfortable and well appointed. Loved the proximity to the beach and the pool was welcome after all day in the sun. Great location - we rented a golf cart to get around and it was a quick run down to shops and restaurants. Would stay again!

Great location and setup

We had a wonderful experience with this rental. The outdoor space (tables, pool, lounging area) cannot be understated. This was the perfect spot for our family, and jo-el was quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you for a great location for our family trip!

Nice, quiet, and comfy beds

We enjoyed our stay here. This condo is a great place for families. It's a nice area, very close to the beach, and the pool area is a great place to relax. The owner is very helpful and great to work with if you need anything. This was our first time to Anna Maria Isand, but not the last. We loved it.

Everything went great. Only problem we have was there wasnt an oven just a convection microwave which we've never encountered before and didnt know how to use!

What a great week!

We loved our stay!! The condo is in a great location and exceeded our expectations. Condo has everything you need for your stay. The deck patio, patio by the grill, and pool area are great. Everything feels so cozy and we were able to relax just like we wanted to! Loved it so much, that part of our group extended their stay for another week. Jo-el and Cliff were more than accommodating and quickly got back to us in order to reserve for another week. Cannot wait to come back and stay again!

Wonderful stay

The rental unit was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, right across street from the beach and between the Cortez and Manatee bridges to the island. The pool was small but private and never crowded. One of the bedrooms has a window air conditioner rather than the central air vents which easily cooled down the other rooms. I plan to return to this rental next year. The owner was polite and quick to respond to my questions.

31st Wedding Anniversary

You only needed to bring yourself! Utensils, pots, pans, oils, seasonings, aluminum foil, plates, bowls, you name it, it was there. Spotless Clean! Newer HVAC systems. Great communication with owners. Best view, greatest pool, high tech laundry and free! Even had detergent and softner. These folks made 1000% certain we were completely satisfied.
