Absolutely beautiful view. There is a nature preserve to the southeast so it feels very secluded.

Elsie was amazing! She went above and beyond to make my stay a special one. We were celebrating a birthday & Elsie helped with an amazing experience. The view is AMAZING! The only issue was the water pressure not being the strongest but still good enough to shower. And cleaning could be better, but wasnt the worst either. 10/10 would recommend!

Place was as expected. Directions were clear and there was a guard at the gate 24/7. Nice beach directly in front of the building that was very private. Easy to walk to restaurants. Had everything we needed.

The room was very nice and comfortable and had a great balcony view of the beach and ocean. The parking garage was nice to have, but the space was really tight next to the wall and in the back corner. Definitely need to take it easy pulling in and backing out. It was nice having the kitchen with all appliances and full size refrigerator. The shower was a little bit of a pain because it was hard finding the right spot to get an even temperature and the water pressure was low, but it’s still doable. I would definitely stay here again.

The best part of this apartment is definitely the amazing view—it really stands out. Security is also solid, which adds peace of mind. Communication with the host was good, the room was clean, and the kitchen has everything you need.However, there are a few downsides. The parking spot can be a bit tricky to navigate. The bathroom is quite small, and the showerhead is very low—if you’re tall, you’ll probably need to remove it just to comfortably use the shower. The water pressure isn’t great either.Getting hot water it can be a challenge, as it requires some trial and error—either it becomes extremely hot or doesn’t heat up properly at all.

The view is the main selling point of this condo. It’s spectacular and just as described in the pictures. You hear the crashing of the waves all night. So relaxing. Elsie is very responsive to questions. I also loved the espresso machine for my coffee. The security is good and it’s easy access to Fajardo and to the ferry terminal. It’s an older condo but just right for the price and the ambiance. Direct access to surfers beach was a plus!

Pros:The view is absolutely amazing—we spent a lot of time on the balcony, and it truly is the highlight of the property. The location is great, and throughout our stay we felt safe.Cons:The unit is not well set up for guest experience, especially upon arrival. After a long day of travel, it was difficult and frustrating to navigate parking and locate the condo due to a lack of clear directions.For future guests, entry involves stopping at the guard gate to sign in, retrieving the key from a lockbox at the guard office, and then navigating multiple staircases before reaching the elevator. If you have luggage, I strongly recommend driving to the lobby to unload before parking, as accessing the unit from the assigned parking spot requires climbing several flights of stairs.Cleanliness was also an issue upon arrival. Two empty wine bottles were left on the counter, hair shavings were present in the bathroom, and food from previous guests was still in the refrigerator.The apartment lacked basic guest amenities such as beach chairs (though beach towels were provided) and basic cleaning supplies—no dish soap, broom, or similar items.Additionally, the unit appears to have been poorly renovated with little attention to detail. There was painter’s tape left behind, paint on the ceiling, and the toilet seat and toilet were not secure. The sliding glass doors were very difficult to open and close most days. There is also no closet or designated space to hang clothes.

I really enjoy the beautiful , peaceful view of this apartment. Kitchen and bathroom had everything I needed.Since I was traveling alone the first night it made me a little uneasy that the front metal security door can not be lock and the front door only had one operational lock. The fallowing day I realize the building has good security in place but as a single traveler will of like to be able to lock that security door. I want to thank Ms. Elsie for her quick response to all my text and especially for getting me to the building when I couldn't find my way. Thank you :)

We arrived at night time, small mishap but was handled very professionally by Elsie! Overall a great stay! The ocean views from this condo are simply amazing! Words and pictures just don’t do it enough justice! This place really has everything you need! And the bed was comfortable! Water gets scalding hot like I like it! Definitely book with Elsie, her place was AMAZING!!
