The property was very clean and beautiful. Host was wonderful and pleasant. If i could make a suggestion the pillows were not great and the beds were moderately uncomfortable. Otherwise the view was beautiful, the pool was great and the balcony was also lovely.

Amazing view of the ocean from deck. Comfortable accommodation, very responsive host and the fun little city of Luquillo! Surfing to swimming beaches choices, numerous restaurants and shops nearby!

Our stay was wonderful and exactly what we thought it would be! Everything was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. You can tell they are doing work to update the buildings too. I think they have opened the pool back up but we were so busy we never got a chance to try it out. You can't beat the view from the balcony! The host was great! Very responsive and even checked in to make sure everything was going well! It is a great location to be able to visit beachs, El Yunque, the kiosks and Farjardo. We would definitely go back and stay here again.

Best host I have had direct contact allowed for a seamless check in process and check out. Great list of activities to do around the island as well as excellent food suggestions. Place is clean and comfortable with a excellent view of the beach as well as walking distance to beach.

Do not use this listing if you’re expecting a pool, or hot tub. The pool has been down since Dec. with no intentions of it working anytime soon. The parking was terrible and instructions were hard to understand. The apartment is decorated very cute. The building is old and tacky. Also we were told it had a pool or we would not have stayed there. Linens are old. Beach view was beautiful. Host gave wrong information to us.

The perfect beach view from the balcony, spent each morning watching the sun rise from there. The hammock was an added bonus. Very comfortable unit, clean, full kitchen and washer and dryer in condo very helpful. Love the location, easy walking distance to food and restaurants and the beach. We've stayed at Sandy Hills 4x already, but this was our first time in this unit and would stay here again. Only disappointment was that we could not use the pool the week we stayed here, which was inconvenient seeing Playa Pared is not safe for swimming and had red flag alerts so cooling off in the pool would have come in handy. But we just drove to another of the many beautiful beaches PR has to offer to enjoy getting in the water.

Beautiful Accommodations!

A fantastic place to stay

This apartment was awesome and well furnished. Loved falling asleep to the sounds of crashing waves and waking up sitting out on the balcony over looking rhe ocean. The host was very supportive and wouldnt hesitate to rent from again

Romantic Getaway
