Beachfront complex, heated pool, less than 100 steps to the beach, a spacious, fully updated condo with cathedral ceilings and a loft. All of this makes up your perfect vacation home. Walk into the bright and airy condo with soaring ceilings, wood floors, an updated kitchen with a built-in bar, and beautiful décor. The open kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances, updated with a large built-in table, granite countertops, and clean white cabinets. Everything you need to cook a fabulous meal or just heat leftovers from one of Sanibel’s great restaurants. The wood floors extend to the dining area and large living room, both with plenty of room to relax and unwind. Sit on your private screened lanai and enjoy the tropical landscaping and sounds of the waves. The master bedroom suite, with its comfortable king bed, creates the perfect place for a great night’s sleep. The master bath features granite countertops and a glass-enclosed tiled shower. The guest bedroom is bright and tropical with two twin beds. Guest will love their bathroom with a large tiled shower/tub combo. Kids and adults both love the loft with two twin beds and views. Walk the beautiful shell-lined beach, bike to the local shops, swim in the heated pool, fish off your beach, or just do nothing all day.

The complex is a non-smoking property, ensuring that guests can enjoy the fresh air and clean atmosphere throughout their stay.
One assigned parking space is available for each unit, ensuring that your vehicle is secure and easily accessible.

You can do both at this location! The property was clean inside and out. Very updated! Picnic table with grilling is available and convenient on the property. Chairs and umbrella as well as toys for the little ones are provided with the condo. Pool is kept clean. Supplies of linens, towels etc. were plentiful. Three negatives: 1) We were a family of five i.e., three adults, a 14-year old and an 8-year old. It would have been perfect if the kitchen was stocked with larger pots and pans. It was a pain having to use double pots or pans to feed everyone. 2) Some of the family were not happy with the pillows that were supplied. They found them to be flat! 3) The lanai is dark. Unfortunately, the trees outside contribute to this. I think if it were painted in a light color it would definitely brighten the condo. Overall very nice spacious condo and would recommend it!

Great location!

Very easy to get to the beach and pool. The unit itself could be cleaner and better maintained, but I would still stay there again. The master bedroom is next to the parking lot and the window is broken so it can be very loud depending who else is staying at the complex.

We are local and often do summer-time staycations at Coquina. Probably 10 times. Twice this summer. The condo was nice. We liked the flooring and interior design. The call out... During Covid, one would expect extra cleaning. Aren't you charging extra? There was evidence of lack of diligence... like popcorn under the couch. One-ply TP is not Acceptable. A/C filter was EXTREMELY dirty and impacting ability to cool condo.

Excellent Accommodations

This is the third rental we've stayed at on Sanibel and they have all been great for different reasons. The Coquina Beach property was spotless, well equipped, great location, and the rooms were all bigger than we expected. The kitchen is well designed for cooking. Overall a wonderful stay for all four of us.

The photos of the balcony are exactly what the balcony is, a view of lush tropical vegetation. The accurate and recent photos in the listing also show the location of the condo and the fact that it totally remodeled, bright and spacious. The listing description also states - "Sit on your private screened lanai and enjoy the tropical landscaping and sounds of the waves." The photo of the building in the listing with an arrow to its specific location is also shows the condo is literally a few steps to the sand. To give this condo a 1 star review for the view and perceived lighting is unfair and inaccurate. Thank you- Kingfisher Vacations

Nice location great price

Overall the stay was nice. My two complaints are the super dark condo which looks bright in the pics and the creaky lumpy master bed. The place was nice besides those two things. Very easy to get to the beach which is right out the door and set up well with lots of toys, chairs and towels.
