Our vacation rental condominium offers views of the gulf from the screend in porch, a full kitchen, and washer/dryer in the unit. The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed with en-suite bathroom while the guest bedroom offers a queen and twin beds. The guest bathroom is near the bedroom and off the hallway. The third bedroom can act as a den which features a sleeper sofa and closes off for privacy. The living room and den furniture is new from Florida Leather Gallery. The includes beach towels. Free wifi available in the unit. The entire unit feels brand new as it was completely renovated down to the studs. All new flooring, paint, finishes, kitchen and more. You'll love the new look of Sundial T201 on your next Sanibel Island Vacation.

**Please note that the Island and complex are still recovering from Hurricane Ian. There may be noise, construction and limited amenity access. Amenities may be limited or not available, including the pool, beach path, resort restaurants, tennis, etc. Perfect for Island vendors, owners and guests wishing to support the area.**

Please note: This is a privately owned condo at the Sundial Resort. Our guests won't have to pay a resort fee, however, you won't get full resort amenity access. You will have access to the following:

Important Note: The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.
