Lovely villa in a great location.

Lovely villa in a great location. Everything was clean and comfortable, the private pool was perfect for relaxing, and it was easy to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Property was described as datached but was semi detached,villa was rundown the electric’s were shocking and dangerous had to resort to powerbanks to charge phones,no utilities to clean villa,not even basics,mould under sink the smell was horrendous,for the amount of money paid was not worth it,only upside was the location been coming to Lanzarote for 15 yrs and was the worst villa for the money

On arrival the second bed in the first twin room was broken which, according to previous reviews was broken prior to our arrival but clearly not replaced or fixed. The microwave did not work. Following the tracing of the wires there was no plug attached. The pool was extremely murky throughout the holiday. The poor pool cleaning guy had to return 3 times at the end of the stay to try and sort it out which then meant we were unable to use the pool on our last full day for almost 2hrs which was so disappointing when all you want to do it cool down in 30* heat. The pool really does let the villa down, the lining is very old and stained the surrounding pool area is extremely tired and in need of sprucing up. The sofas to the front of the property only had two cushions to sit on and as a result we were unable to sit out all together and relax. The villa has great potential however, clearly is not loved or maintained to its highest. The bedding in the main bedroom (duvet cover) was dirty with white stains all over it and the material weee all threaded. Certainly not to the standards I would expect.
