The space A stylish duplex apartment set in the eaves of a Grade II listed building, right in the middle of Bakewell - everything is roughly a five-minute walk away.
Living & kitchen A spacious living room that blends antique and modern furniture with original art for a fresh, engaging feel. From the window seat at the back, you can look out over the old rooftops to the parish church, founded not long after the Norman Conquest. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, utensils and crockery for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper dinner. A smart TV with an Amazon Fire TV Stick covers your catch-up and streaming.
Sleeping Two double bedrooms sleep up to 4. The upper bedroom, tucked into the eaves, has blackout blinds for a restful night. Work-friendly Upgraded high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to fit in a few hours of work between adventures.
This is a characterful eaves duplex, so there are stairs and some cosy low ceilings. Access is via a communal hallway and staircase (two short flights of 15 steps), then a further 12 steps inside up to the upper floor and beds. The upper bedroom and bathroom have low ceilings in keeping with the period building. It suits guests who are comfortable on stairs; do get in touch if you’d like more details before booking.

- The property has low ceilings in the upper bedroom and bathroom. This is due to the duplex being positioned in the Eaves of a Grade 2 listed building.
- Please take care of car park gate fobs, they are £50 to replace, and unfortunately, we would have to charge you if these go missing.
- Special rates are sometimes available for longer or midweek stays
