Relax after a day on the lake in the pool/jacuzzi, or cozy up at the fire pit during the winter months! The kids and adults alike will love the yard games, including corn hole, foosball and ring toss. You can even set up an outdoor movie using the Wi-Fi projector and screen on the bar. And don’t forget to snap some pics with our huge T-Rex! This is the perfect outside space for entertaining family and friends. Pool can be heated during winter for $150/day. Chiller is free during summer months

Living room and bedrooms have smart TVs ready for you to log into your Netflix/Hulu/Roku account. Local channels available on Locast.

Spacious, open great room with 75” TV, complete with DVD player and tons of DVDs for kids and adults

Beautiful, fully stocked chef’s kitchen with prep island and seats for 4 at the bar; dining room for 6

Laundry room with washer/dryer, drying rack for swimsuits, and iron/ironing board

Headed out to the lake? When you come back, feel free to use the cleaning supplies on our boat detail cart to wipe your baby down and get her ready for the next day!

2 car garage with 9” doors is available for guest vehicles year round

RV/Boat garage may be available for guests to use in June and July. Please inquire if you would like to use the RV garage during your stay. Outside of these dates, owners' boat and UTV will be in the RV garage. Owners' boat and UTV are strictly off limits and not available for guest use. RV garage is monitored by camera.

Tons of parking on the huge driveway, which can accommodate several cars/trucks and/or boats.

Only ½ mile to the desert for off-roading, 2.4 miles from downtown, and less than 5 miles to Windsor launch ramp and London Bridge.
