About this property

Amazing value for the price! Relaxing, open & beautiful.

We have a beautiful cape cod home and we are a short walk to the beach. Our home is relaxing and the perfect beach vacation home. We have lovely sound views. We are also a 3 minute walk to the brand new playground and skate park in Rodanthe.
The ground level has covered parking for 3-4 cars, outdoor shower and fish cleaning station.
Upstairs you find the main house. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and master bath. The master bedroom and bath are handicap accessible.The shower has a seat and grab bar and the toilet has grab bars. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has a full size bed and twin size bunk bed. Two of the bedrooms have a television with cable. There is also a television in the living room. We have a large open kitchen that opens into living and dining areas. This space is great for entertaining a group of 7.
We also have an enclosed porch that has heat and a/c that can be used as a game room or extra place to relax. Here we have foosball table, dart board, card table and games. This is also a wonderful place to watch the sun set over the sound. We have a wrap around porch that is great for spending time with the family, watching the sun set or grilling out.
Also we have a ramp that wraps around the house which is great for people in a wheel chair or have trouble with stairs.
No need to worry about linens. We provide linens,sheets and towels. We don't make the beds but the clean sheets will be waiting for you. We only ask that you wash them and put them in the dryer before you leave.
We believe you will find all you need here. It is beautiful and spacious. Perfect for a family of 5-8. Great for entertaining and right in the middle of Rodanthe.

Great house! Most comfortable bed in the Master Bedroom that we have ever slept in! Weather impeded most of our trip but we were very happy with the house and communication with Rebekah. But, if you’re wanting to be smack dab in the middle of all the commercial activities of the beach this may not be the place for you. But , if you are interested in a quiet retreat near the beach this is perfect! We would stay here again!

OBX Family Vacation

We absolutely loved this house! It was very clean with a spacious open floor concept in the main living/kitchen area. We could all hang out and enjoyed many laughs together. The bonus game room was a huge hit for the teens in our group as well as the basketball goal outside. The beach was a quick walk or drive across the road. This house allowed us to have the fun and relaxing vacation we had hoped for!

Had a wonderful time. Everything was as advertised. And somethings better. The house was secluded enough to have plenty of privacy. Beach access was very close by. We plan on renting this property again.
