The condo was very clean and laid out well. We enjoyed our stay. Had to reach out a couple of times to the host and I got a response very promptly. I would stay here again. I highly recommend this property.

Great communication! We had a couple appliances that weren’t working properly and someone was there within 12 hours to fix them. The dryer was taking a bit to dry but they brought us backup towels/wash rags to get us to the repair. Very grateful! It was an absolutely perfect week!

The units were exactly as presented in the photos. The Alabama getaway staff were very responsive. The location is simply beautiful. I would have no calms about coming back to the same units.

50th Wedding Anniversary

Enjoyed the condo. Was ideal for our anniversary celebration. We had a few problems with satellite and WiFi but management worked quickly to correct the problems. Would definitely book again for a family get together.

2311 Oasis was fabulous! More than enough room for my entire family. We visit Orange Beach yearly and I will try my best to get the same condo next year. Thank you for a great family trip!

Property was amazing and great for a vanload of kids. Only issues was figuring out how to get to the pool. Owners were great with helping us figure out that process. And we loved the view!!!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. Easy check in and check out process. My only complaint is there was never enough hot water for everyone to shower and the dryer took several rounds to dry or towels.

Comfortable

We loved the property and received a discounted rate because of construction. We hope to return next year and won’t mind paying regular price when the construction is complete. The beach was wonderful the condo as well. Excellent security.

Great condo. Very minor issues.

This was a great condo for our group of 12. Plenty of space and the bedroom layout was great. There was only a few small problems like outlets that didnt work, and the icemaker didnt work.

Thank you for your feedback. The ice maker as since been repaired, we apologize for that inconvenience. As with most condos in our area, some of the outlets are tied in to the lights witches so that lamps can be turned on and off with a switch. Very Nice

The condo was all we could want. One small issue was we had unexpected guests... Cockroaches. We also were not told that the dining room lights were not working. We handled the unexpected guests.

Loved the layout

We stayed here with our two adult children, their spouses and 3 grandchildren 4 and under. The condo is furnished very nicely. We took advantage of both the pool and beach. There is an access code to get to the pool from the beach that we weren’t provided but found out from other renters. We were able to work out parking for all three vehicles which was greatly appreciated. We were also able to coordinate an early check in. Every thing was provided as advertised. The only negative was the $3000 requested security deposit which was much higher than any other VRBO rental we have had. We opted to purchase insurance which we typically do not do. Overall a great experience and we would stay here again.

We are very sorry about the pool code, they had just added that coming back from the beach. This property does require the property damage protection where a non-refundable $79 covers up to $3,000 worth of damage, but you could opt to pay the $3,000 up front which is fully refundable. No ice machine that worked

They say they double check everything before we check in. The patio door handle was loose finally came off, No icemaker that worked. They thought the refrigerator had an icemaker and the repair guy said it didn’t. It would be nice if you have a 13 person condo and only two cars and they haven’t un rented property. They let you buy one the parking spot from it.

Parking

The condo was great but we were not aware beforehand that we could only have two parking passes-had to purchase the second one but had three cars. Security would not work with us as it was 8:00 in the evening and even though the garage was not full threatened to tow our car.we had to find an overflow parking lot to move the third car the next day. TBecause of the parking situation and the way security treated us, we will not stay at the Colonades again.
