The property was as described. The host was very responsive and communicative through messages. The location is premier!! Good price. The reason for the 4 rating is that the building is a bit rundown (just older, no fault of flat owner): the room was very warm (warmer than usual temperatures in London) (there was a fan, fortunately), the room is atop a restaurant,
