Situated near Westbourne Grove, the property is a wonderful newly refurbished studio flat in the heart of Notting Hill.

The flat is just a few yards from lots of great local restaurants shops and supermarkets whilst positioned in a quiet road.

Getting around London from here is easy. It’s a 10 minute walk to 3 tube stations and many buses stop nearby.

It’s only a brisk 10 minute stroll to Hyde Park

Perfect for up to 4 people, it is well designed to make the most of the space with a king sized double bed and a very comfortable, easy to operate king sized double sofa bed.

It has a fully equipped Kitchen with granite work tops and a breakfast bar.

The kitchen is fitted with modern high end appliances including a dishwasher, extractor, washing machine, microwave, grill/oven and an induction hob. It includes all you need, with high end cutlery, crockery and glassware.

The coffee table converts into a dining table with space for 4 people.

Bathroom includes a full sized bath and seperate shower unit.

Freshly laundered high quality towels and linen are provided.

There is a 46 inch flat screen JVC TV with a moveable bracket, and Chromecast facilities.

High speed wireless broadband is provided, and a Sony radio/music player is available.

Underfloor heating provided throughout.

We are flexible on check in and out times, and where possible can arrange early or late arrivals and departures.

We can also consider pets staying by prior agreement.

We are a family of four (teenagers) and the flat was great. Bigger than a hotel room and having a kitchen was nice. The neighborhood was fantastic. Great shopping areas in every direction. The tube stops were a bit further of a walk than we would have liked but overall no complaints.

We had a wonderful stay and felt this property offered excellent value for the money. The location was fantastic, with easy access to both the Tube and bus routes, making it simple to explore all that London has to offer. This was an amazing place to stay and made our vacation a wonderful memory. Excellent location for transportation and restaurants. Great flat for two people. Small but with everything you need. Access to the basement flat it is a set of narrow, curved steps so be careful navigating. David is an excellent communicator.

Incredible host who caters to your every need, I asked for an extra heater and it arrived faster than room service on day two ! Perfect spot right in the heart of Notting Hill, steps from the Tube and Kensington Palace. Great place, great host , will absolutely rent again when I return from the USA. Until then… the game is afoot!

All you need for a stay in London in a convenient apartment close to all the fun. Great situated, modern appliances and many nice places to eat nearby. Perfect for us that spent most of the time out and about and needed somewhere nice to crash that was close to everything. Great communication with the host also. Would recommend!

Really nice stay. Located very nicely between Paddington and Notting Hill. Easy check-in & check-out process. Had washing machine, fridge, full kitchen, cutlery, hairdryer , iron & board , wifi , clean towels. Very nice stay, would recommend. The stairs to front door are steep so be careful especially if carrying heavy luggage. Found it difficult to open the lock with the keys, had to give it a few tries. Not very soundproofed from upstairs, can be noisy and even at night. All of above were minor issues for us and didn’t affect us so would still recommend this place highly.
