Large, clean home

Bigger than I thought. Well stocked kitchen-made Christmas dinner. Lots of outdoor space and seating. Tv in all the bedrooms.

Family vacation

This property was great. There was 5 adults in this home and we had more room than we expected. This house was beautiful inside and out. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was good size, the yard and pool were exceptional. I would highly recommend this house to anyone going to Vegas.

Henderson oasis

Clean house in a nice neighborhood in Henderson, NV. The backyard is amazing with a solar-heated swimming pool, putting green and plenty of shade. Love the place.

CLEAN - QUIET - RELAXING!!!!

This is the absolutely perfect place and location! We stayed for the World of Concrete convention. It was 20 minutes away from the convention, 2 streets and your there! Super easy to get to and you don't have to deal with any of the tourist! But the best thing is you get all the amenities of being a tourist shows, great food, and if your a door dasher/grub hubber this is perfect for you as you get over 800 places to choose from!!!!!

We hit the VRBO Jackpot!!!

We booked this stay as we were flying in for a weekend Vegas wedding. Location was close enough to the stip so we could enjoy the Vegas action, and just far enough away so we could enjoy some peace and quiet! While it was just my hubby and I, this place would be wonderful for kiddos. I know our 3 were bummed when we showed them pictures and told them they were staying home. Great pool, and outdoor space!! Neil was also superb, and speedy!, in answering any additional questions we had. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to anyone! Hope to stay here again!

Christmas/ New Years in Vegas

House was not in as amazing shape as we had anticipated but neighborhood was nice and conveniently located for our needs. Pool cover was very dirty and directions to use hot tub were nonexistent. We booked based on pool/Jacuzzi and golf but I’d probably look elsewhere for the money we spent.

Wonderful stay, perfect yard, beautiful neighborhood

I stayed here with my husband and 2 pets. We had a great 10 day stay. The backyard & pool were so relaxing. All the shade made it a great place to beat the 117 degree heat! Plenty of sun too if that's what you're into. The house inside was clean and had just about everything we needed. The only thing we were missing were extra dish drying towels and a drying rack and we only one roll of TP when we arrived. Neil was a great host and was able to accommodate us on short notice. The neighborhood was beautiful, with a little park at the end of the block. This area is a perfect escape from the strip & Vegas but only a 25 min drive to the casinos. Definitely a great experience renting this place! Would love to stay again when in the Vegas area.

Great Family Location / Next To GREAT Food!

This location is by far the best. We've been to Vegas 10 years in a row for conventions and I bring my whole family. This is by far the safest neighborhood! Also a 10/15 min drive and your at the Strip, Fremont Street, or the convention. Pool, rooms, and house was very clean which is super hard for a house that allows pets. (We didn't bring our doggy this time due to having a new born) But when we stayed at this house a few years ago my dog loved how much fenced in backyard they had. Also you have over 300+ food locations to DoorDash or visit so great for foodies! Lastly if i had to nit pick one thing it would be the TV/Cable set up. I suggest bringing your own gaming device or roku to hook up. As the TVs are super weird and can't get a lot of channel. I know going to Vegas the last thing you would think someone would want to do is watch TV. But with us having a newborn this year my wife was stuck at home and can only watch so many rerun episodes of The Biggest Loser, Big Brother, and Survivor LOL! Like I said though. That's me absolutely nit picking one thing if I had to and that one thing will probably impact 5% of you reading this. Other than that I would give this property a 25 star if i could!!

We had a wonderful week long stay here and it suited our needs perfectly. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the cul-de-sac was quiet and having a garage with a remote door opener for our own use was a welcomed perk. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and the mini nine hole putt putt course in the back yard was a fun activity. The house’s location is convenient to the airport and the Las Vegas Strip, either by driving your car or by calling Uber, which we chose to do. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

Bin zum 36. Mal in Las Vegas gewesen. Dieses Haus war das beste und funktionabelste, das ich bisher gemietet habe. Auch der Gastgeber Neil war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist sehr gut unweit vom Strip und sehr ruhig. Rundum ein super Erlebnis. Werde es beim nächsten Mal sicher wieder versuchen zu buchen.

great house

we had a lovely stay, family group of 6 adults. Weather hot so was lovely to have the pool to cool off in, the house had plenty of everything we needed for our week. Host was easy to chat with prior to arrival and accomodated us staying into the afternoon on our leaving day as we had a night flight back to uk which made the end of our trip much easier too. would definately recomend this house as a base to explore vegas and surrounding area, close to strip and all the local attractions. the restaurants and shops nearby also much cheaper than eating on the vegas strip.

Very nice house and well equipped best equipped ever stayed in all the way down to box of trash bags and paper towels Only complaint is the thermostat defaults to lower temp than we liked every 2 hours and it was colder for florida people

Always a great time

We have stayed at this house several times, and it is always a great vacation. We love being able to have our four legged kids with us too. We really enjoy being close to the strip but yet far enough away to have the quiet and privacy. Neil & Sherry have always been responsive and attentive to any of our questions or concerns. We hope to be back soon.

Great place 10 minutes from strip

Very nice property, much larger than expected. Strip is very short drive away, Henderson casinos even shorter drive (and free parking). Loved the outdoor eating area, pool was great, wifi was fast, neighborhood very nice (and quiet). Host made check in process easy and stress free and was very quick responding to any questions we had throughout the week.

Great home, good location

We spent a 2 week vacation in this house. The home was very clean, we had everything we could imagine. The beds were very comfortable. The large pool was nice and the outdoor area was very enjoyable. The communication between us and home owner was very friendly. He replied to our questions immediately. We highly recommend this house!
