Couples or smaller families will love the prospect of a peaceful seaside break or a walking holiday with plenty of fresh air. Saltburn is packed with character, from its charming boutiques, tearooms and pubs to family favourites like the Saltburn Miniature Railway and the famous pier. Don’t miss a ride on the world’s oldest water-powered funicular railway, or a stroll along the two scenic promenades with soul-nourishing views. The enchanting town of Whitby, with its cobbled lanes and iconic Abbey ruins, is just 19 miles away.
