Welcome to Nautical Tides, a beach-tastic home with six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms just a quick stroll from the famous white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. This getaway has a rooftop deck, where you can catch amazing bay views, sunrise, and sunset, and is packed with luxurious amenities to create an unparalleled vacation experience.

The house's main living area features an open design with a cozy seating area with comfortable seating, an HDTV, and a dining room that can seat six people at the dining table, with additional seats available at the kitchen island. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials, making it easy for chefs of all levels to cook up a storm!

Our beach-themed home has a primary bedroom, three King guest rooms, and two kid-friendly rooms. The primary bedroom, a peaceful retreat boasting a premium bed, balcony access, and a stunning ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a soaking tub. All guest rooms have an ensuite bathroom, jack-n-jill, or easy access to the hall bath, and one of the children's rooms has an arcade game!

-Fourth Bedroom, 3rd floor: King bed, shares hallway bathroom
-Fifth Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed, shared balcony, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
-Sixth Bedroom, 2nd floor: Twin over Twin bunk beds, twin trundle, shared balcony, shares hallway bathroom

The outdoor area is amazing! It has a private heated pool and spa, covered seating area with dining table, bar top, propane BBQ grill, Foosball table, and a putting green.

4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows dogs with host approval prior to arrival. Please note there will be an additional pet fee associated, see our AMI Locals Rental Policies for full details.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
