Upscale Lake Home on Beautiful 915 Acre Solberg Lake, Phillips WI

Stunning dog friendly home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on 300' of beautiful fisherman's frontage on a very private 5 acre wooded lot. Stop looking.... this is where you want to spend your vacation with your family or friends.

The amenities throughout this 3500+ sq. ft. home are too numerous to mention but they include a gas fireplace, air conditioning, three seasons room, WIFI, Smart TV's in every room, gas grill, hickory hardwood floors throughout, doggie door to a fenced in dog run and a custom bar to enjoy a glass of wine after a long day on the trails or lake.

Upstairs you will find two master bedrooms. The lake view master bedroom has a king bed and a private full bathroom and the forest view master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bathroom. The main level includes two bedrooms, one with two queen beds and  another with a single queen bed, as well as full bathroom.   In the walk out basement you will find a bedroom with s single queen bed and a full bathroom.

The western views are spectacular, and are only surpassed by the outstanding fishing on this premier lake. Solberg Lake is a 915 acre lake which is known for its Muskie, Bass, and Walleye and Pan fish and more!!! The fishermen from around the lake come to fish in front of this property!!! You can also enjoy swimming, boating, water-skiing or jet-skiing. We provide your own personal pier, and boat dock. There are also 2 kayaks and a row boat for you to enjoy.

Fall and Winter are spectacular in this area with loads of activities to enjoy!! The Fall colors are second to none. There is something for everyone... we are only minutes from groomed cross-country skiing. Hundreds of miles of snowmobile and ATV-UTV trails are right out our front door. If that is not calling to you, why not just curl up in front of the fireplace with a good book and let the beauty of your surrounding re-energize your soul.

Beautiful lakeside property

Went to this property with my fiance and family.we had a great time it was an amazing getaway from city life and has an amazing view of the lake. The kayaks and paddle boat were also very fun.we had a great time would definitely recommend .

This beautiful home is nestled in nature, offering us serene and tranquil environment. We were delighted to have a dough and Fawn visit us daily adding. to the charm of the surroundings. Great time

This property was fantastic. There was plenty of room for our group and we had a lot of fun. We had 7 people with plenty of beds a bathrooms. The boat and kayak were nice to ise and the pool table was great. There were a few minor issues but the owner was quick to respond and help with the problem. I would recommend this house to any large group. It's hard find 4 full bathrooms.

We wanted a property to check all of our boxes. On the snowmobile trail, on the ATV trail and on a fish able lake and boy did we find it. After a two year search we found our home. We absolutely love it here. The little Solburg Lake community is just a blast to be a part of.
