Renovated Family-Friendly Home Steps From the Shores of Wilson Lake

Newly renovated lakefront home with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths situated at the end of a private drive. Enjoy water views from almost every room. Cozy up by the fireplace for those cool nights. Appreciate the colorful sunrises and sunsets from the deck overlooking the lake. An abundance of wildlife can be seen including deer, eagles, loons, geese and more!

This property is on the 348-acre Wilson Lake and provides easy access to all four multi-recreational lakes on the Phillips Chain. Boating, swimming, fishing, and snowmobiling are right out the front door where you are only steps to a sandy shoreline. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye. There are two nearby public boat landings and we provide your own personal dock for small boats. The property sits on the ATV route for easy access.

Amenities throughout this 1200-sqft home include cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, oven, microwave and full-size refrigerator. The master bedroom has a king bed and private ½ bath. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The living room also has a full size sofa sleeper. The garage and boat house are not for guest use.

A nice place to stay. Pier had nice bumpers for pulling the boat up to and easy pan fishing. 10 minute drive to Phillips. House was nice with a good view of the lake.

The house was beautiful and fairly well stocked for our stay. We did not experience any problems and enjoyed a great place to stay inbetween visiting family. Would definitely have loved to spend more time there.

Excellent week on the lake

Had a wonderful week! The home is located in a private peaceful area. Access upon arrival was easy and the house was very clean, comfy, and thoughtfully stocked. Loved seeing the wildlife including deer, eagles, geese and caught several varieties of fish off the private dock. Definitely on our list too places to return to!

Wonderful stay

We had a great long weekend on the lake. The house had all the essentials and the property is nice and flat to the lake, swimming for our toddler was easy (shallow and sandy). We brought our boat and had no issues, lots of space for a trailer and parking. Quick responses from owners on questions.

Arrived to find a very nice clean quiet spacious lake house as advertised. We had a great week with no disruptions or issues. The property is located on a quiet dead end road with an easy short walk to the lake. We defiantly recommend this property

Very fun and relaxing

Cabin is right on the lake. Our grandkids loved swimming and kayaking. We were easily able to relax and watch kids without worrying. Cabin is very clean and in great area. We saw a lot of deer and a bear with three cubs. They were not to close to cabin. A very enjoyable vacation. Thank you!

Lovely lake house

We had a wonderful week at the house. The beds were comfortable, kitchen accommodating, and the location on Wilson Lake is great. I suspect it was due to the excessive rain this season- but was overall things were buggy (mosquitos, ants, spiders) we were not able use the camp fire pit or the porch much, and it was notable inside the house too. Probably wouldn't be that bad if we didn't have such a wet spring / summer. I would defiantly recommend this place and consider it for future visits to this area. it was so cozy and the hosts were available quickly with any questions and requests that we had. Thank you!

We purchased this home in June 2022 and put a lot of hard work into renovating it to make it a place we are proud to call our lake house.
