Discover the magic of the Mermaid House, where desert chic meets poolside whimsy and every stay feels like a splash of paradise. It is the perfect blend of sunshine, serenity, and story.

The Space: Meet Marina: a hand-laid mosaic Mermaid who lives at the bottom of the pool. She is based on the main character of the 1975 anime adaptation of The Little Mermaid by Hans Christian Andersen (not the Disney version).

Marina was graceful, brave, and heartbreakingly selfless. Captivated by her sacrifice, it was only fitting that she carry the same quiet magic. Marina is the soul of the space, a symbol of beauty, transformation, and the stories we carry with us.

We invite you to relax in her presence, and maybe even connect with your own inner mermaid. It’s more than a stay, it’s an experience.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Outdoor trash cans located on right side of the house inside the gate, Thursdays are trash day,
Combo for smart locks will be provided prior to check in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We kindly ask for your response to the welcome email within 24hrs. Grills: No grills, charcoal, smokers or open flame cooking devices allowed.
Spa/Pool Heating: Spa included Jun–Aug. Outside summer: spa $50/day, pool $195/day. 48-hr notice, consecutive days only.
For everyone's safety, security cameras monitor front entrances and garage only. No cameras inside the house or backyard. All are visible.

This was perfect for our family. More than enough space for our trip. Great location, proximity to everything we had planned. House was equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
