The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Start used towels in the washer. Clean the grill if used and replace outdoor furniture covers. Set the hot tub to 100°F and secure the cover. Set the thermostat to 70°F. Close all windows.
If excessive cleaning of the grill or hot tub is required, a $25 cleaning fee may apply.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours: 10 p.m.–7 a.m. No outdoor music during quiet hours or disruptive noise at any time.
Registered guests only, up to the property’s permitted maximum. No parties or events. No smoking, vaping, fireworks, or pets without prior approval.
Do not block driveways, sidewalks, or neighboring property. Report damage or safety issues promptly

Great place with plenty of room for a group. Fantastic outdoor amenities and close to downtown Saugatuk. Aaron was a really nice host who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything for a great stay.
