Sleeps 30! Large Pool, Hot Tub, Volleyball, Fire Pit, Pool Table, Foosball

This 5,320 sq foot home built in 2015. 8 Bedrooms with Queen Beds, (4 of these have twin beds as well). Large Double Bunkroom with 4 bunk beds -- Double bottom, twin on top. Four full baths. See the attached pictures for the floor plans.

Very Large 24' * 44' in ground pool with automatic cover (Heated to at least 82 degrees) First 8' of pool is 8" deep - great for little ones, then steps down to 3'6' shallow end then gradual fades to deep end with diving board. 6 Person Hot Tub. Sand Volleyball Court. Outdoor Fire pit. Horseshoes. 12 bicycles (8 are kid sizes). Large screened in porch.

Pool is open from May 15th through October 1. Pool Table and Fooseball table in the walk out lower level. Ping Pong table in the garage. Solid surface countertops, new appliances. All new mattresses, pillows, linens, comforters, bath towels, pool towels. Kitchenette in basement with mini fridge and sink. Radiant heat in basement with stained concrete floors.

This home sits on 6 acres with a 1/2 mile walking trail around property. Currently from the home you cannot see another home. This property has enough parking for large family reunions and is really set up well for great grandparents and toddlers alike. There is something for everyone. Large amount of seating in Kitchen/Dining Area (around 22 seats).

This home is located 3 miles from Downtown Saugatuck and Douglas. Four Miles from the world famous Oval Beach. 5 to 10 miles from Apple, strawberry, blueberry, red raspberry, pumpkin picking, wineries, brewery, cider mill, hard cider brewhouses, Lake Michigan. There are tons of antique shops and markets in the area. The towns of Saugatuck and Douglas are fantastic little towns -- a lot of unique stores, many art galleries, great restaurants and bars.

There are also a hand full of boat rental places for pontoons, kayaks, paddleboards and jet skis located within 3 miles. There are also great fishing charters that leave from either town. Our largest homes are VRBO/Homeaway # 1225240, 1839289. All are located within 10 minutes of Saugatuck

No High School or College Parties at all, this home is made for Families!! No Weddings, no receptions. No shooting firearms, no atvs. Outdoor quiet time starts at 10pm per township laws.

I cannot think of any reason why you would keep looking for another location, this place has it all!!!! Seriously this place is awesome, quit debating about it and commit to having a great time at Ravensnest.

The house was great for a family get together and the host was very responsive and easy to work with. Only funky things were having to wash and fold all towels before leaving at an early check out time and dishes needing to be washed and put away. The property was gorgeous and it’s close to everything with lots to do!

We had an awesome stay here.

We had a golf trip with a bunch of family and friends and this place had the perfect amount of space. It had everything we needed for the weekend and plenty of supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was a perfect size for our family. We were able to venture out during the day and gather at night to have family time by the pool, play volleyball and have family dinner. This is the fourth time staying at one of his houses and it has always been wonderful.

We had an incredible Thanksgiving stay at Scott’s house in Michigan. The home is spotless, extremely welcoming, and exceptionally well equipped for hosting large families or groups—while still offering plenty of space for privacy and quiet moments.The basement and play area were perfect for keeping all the kids together, giving the adults space to relax and truly enjoy the stay. The location is also ideal—just minutes from Saugatuck, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying a peaceful getaway.The outdoor features truly took this experience to the next level. The jacuzzi in winter was an absolute highlight—pure relaxation and a huge plus. The fire pit was perfect for cozy evenings and s’mores, and the sound system made watching Thanksgiving football an unforgettable experience.This home is ideal for family and friends looking to reconnect, relax, and create lasting memories. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We all loved our vacation near Saugituck. It was a great location for folks to arrive from California to Delaware. It was also a great location to get to the many local sights. Bachelorette

We had a great time at this property. We had over 20 girls and everyone had plenty of space and there was enough room to comfortably sleep, eat and play. There were not quite enough pots to cook for that many people but we had brought our own so it wasn’t an issue. Overall great stay and located near lots of fun things to do.

Great for a large Family!!

We had 16 adults and 3 kids. The perfect house. Swimming pool was the big hit! Location was private, yet close to Saugatuck. Very well provisioned with kitchen supplies, etc. Highly recommend!
