The guest suite is not included with the main house (and is not rented separately), but can be added to a rental for a nominal additional fee and will sleep 2 adults and 1-2 children. Total occupancy, including the guest suite is 10 people. Maximum occupancy in the main house is 8 people, but max of 6 adults.

This 3-4 bedroom house is set on a large grassy lot within walking distance to Edgartown shops and restaurants. New furniture, updated outdoor space, and updated kitchen in 2020. New addition with additional renovated upstairs bathrooms and new front hall, laundry room, and large pantry in 2026. With a large and comfortable outdoor living space, a great kids room, and an upstairs alcove sitting area with sofa bed (in addition the large master and second guest room with a king/2 twin XL bed), this house will comfortably fit 2 couples with children or an extended family. Adding the guest suite gives ample room for 8 adults. The open floorplan features kitchen, dining room, and living room, all with plenty of seating. There is a large front and side yard with space to play or lounge in the hammock as well as a back porch and patio for seating and outdoor grilling and dining.

We purchased this property in 2017 for our own use, but we can only spend part of the summer in Edgartown so are making it available as a rental. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

We love the big yard and proximity to town. We are on a quiet side road with friendly neighbors.

The house is perfectly set up for 1-2 families to spend time together. In addition to the bunk room upstairs, we have 2 living areas (upstairs and down) as well as lots of outdoor living options and a ping pong table in the garage.
