Located in the historic village of Edgartown, this stately home is the perfect place for families to enjoy a magical Vineyard vacation. Starbucks Point boat landing is a short walk away where you can kayak, paddle board, boat or go sailing. Equally close by is the iconic Edgartown Lighthouse where sunsets are spectacular. A three mile drive away is the family favorite, South Beach or State Beach.
The first floor has an open eat in kitchen with a large island, dining table, bar, and desk area with a fireplace and television. The kitchen has everything you need to cook whether indoor or out. A formal dining room opens to the outdoor deck furnished with a table, chairs, chaise lounges and a grill. It overlooks the expansive back yard perfect for yard games. An elegant living room with fireplace is great for entertaining or you may want to relax in the den area and watch a movie.
The second floor of the captains house is a master bedroom and bath that features a king bed and jacuzzi tub, shower and walk in closet. A queen bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom along with a family room with cable television completes this floor.
