Quita!!???? Shes the best and most help here! ALWAYS smiling / laughing! No matter the day her attitude is just warm and welcoming ,, seeing her in passing is always a good part of my days, I have personally seen some guest talk badly to her or be disrespectful ( when SHE ) definitely doesn't deserve it,, she handles it like a beastttt ???? Thanks for making it a lil easier here girl,

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, location
I chose this hotel because the price seemed reasonable, but it turned out to be one of the more disappointing stays I’ve had.The entire property smelled heavily of weed and cigar smoke, including the elevators and common areas. If you’re sensitive to smoke or expect a smoke-free environment, stay elsewhere. The toilet flush didn’t work properly multiple times, which is simply unacceptable for any hotel. The parking lot felt sketchy and unsafe at night. There were people sitting in cars watching guests come and go, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. I did not feel secure walking to and from my vehicle after dark. While the front desk staff were courteous, the room service was poor. The blanket provided in the room triggered my allergies, and I had to request a replacement just to get through the night. To top it off, the hotel charged me an extra 14 after I had already paid online, labeling it as room service and service charges. Hidden fees after checkout are never a good look, especially when the overall experience was already below expectations.Between the smoke-filled hallways, maintenance issues, uncomfortable environment, allergy problems, poor service, and surprise charges, I cannot recommend this hotel. The low price does not justify the poor experience.
