This is just remodeled first floor 1 bedroom apartment that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Conveniently located 14 min from O'hare airport and 10 min from Woodfield mall that has to offer variety of stores and huge amount of restaurants. All kitchenware for cooking your meals, board games for fun, pool to relax in summer and some snacks to get most out of your stay here.
The space
One bedroom apartment located in residential building on a first floor. Kitchen and bathroom was completely remodeled. Enjoy privacy and convenience of this apartment during your stay.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire place. Including kitchen and bathroom. There is a pool in association that guests are welcome to use.

I had a great stay and really enjoyed the property. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was easy, and the host provided clear instructions which made everything smooth from the start.The home had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. this was a great place to stay. It was exactly as listed. I was a little weary coming to Chicago, but I felt safe here and had no problems. It’s about an hour outside of the actual city.

Concert getaway

Wife and I stayed here to go to a cover at United Center. We Uber’d in and back from concert. Property was newly remodeled and well taken care of. No issues!! I would definitely recommend this property and communication with owner was outstanding for any questions.

Room to spread out

We stayed here when visiting family and it was much more roomy than hotel. Good space for clothes. Decent size kitchen but could use more amenities like dish towels and better silverware. The air conditioning is a bit loud at night. I liked the pool and side walks and a park to walk in. The apartment is set within several brick apartments that are well taken care of with trees.

Not interested in city life

Property was exactly as listed. Everything was modern and comfy. We attended an event at the convention center in Rosemont which was only 15-20 minutes away. It was easy to get there from the location. The pool was nice to have to cool off even though the person attending the pool tried to tell us that only residents in two buildings were allowed to use the pool. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Comfy and Quiet!

My 9 year old daughter and I stayed at the apartment this past weekend. The one bedroom apartment is fully renovated and up to date. It is well supplied. The bed was comfortable and my daughter slept on the couch. We used our own bed pillows so I cannot comment on the comfort of those. I felt safe on the property and the area was very quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone staying in the area!
