Inside you'll find a handsome 1 bedroom, 1 bath fully furnished condo, including free Wi-Fi and cable tv with streaming. New luxury vinyl flooring throughout. A well-equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops will meet all your meal preparation needs. The bedroom offers a queen size bed and custom closet with a built-in dresser and storage. Also, a queen sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom was renovated in 2024 including a special custom-tiled shower and shower bars. There are room AC units, although with the ceiling fans and an open slider to the lanai, you can enjoy the soothing ocean breezes along with your private water view.
Leinaala is quiet and secluded, set back from the street with an assigned parking space, yet convenient to shopping, dining, and the great Kihei beaches. There's an oceanfront pool for guests, and tennis and pickleball courts nearby. Leinaala 301 is a hidden gem in Kihei. Sleeps 4.
