The Space:

Heron Lodge is a detached lodge located near North Kessock in the Scottish Highlands. It has two bedrooms comprising of a king size with an en-suite a twin room with zip link beds, there is also a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is a veranda with furniture, a barbecue and a hot tub. Heron Lodge is a high quality lodge in a great spot for a peaceful break in Scotland.



The Neighborhood:

The village has a line of buildings along the shore, with a hillside behind them. The rest of Kessock is scattered over the hillside and through the woods. Beauly Firth is teeming with wildlife. Dolphins, Redshank, Oystercatcher, Ringed Plover, Dunlin, Curlew and Shelduck and the Common Seal can be seen. In North Kessock, a small marine Wildlife Research Base monitors dolphins and seals through sightings as well as underwater microphones. Pop in and have a listen!

Wunderbares Haus in sehr schöner Umgebung

Ein Holz-Haus mitten im Wald, man wohnt direkt in der Natur. Zum Fenster hinaus kann man Vögel und Eichhörnchen beobachten, sogar ein Birkhuhn haben wir gesehen. Das Haus ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, es hat alles, was man braucht. Das Jacuzzi ist beim wechselhaften schottischen Sommer der Hit. Der Empfang von Helen war sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder!
