SeaClusion Beach House

Unit C-3 is your private beach house away from home, where you can walk to the beach within 2 blocks, to restaurants and Family amusement areas, located between Ocean Blvd and Kings Hwy. Simply relax in our private back yard with our rocking chair. You will love the peace and quiet away from other vacationers. (You can park your car and don’t have to touch it again until you go home.)
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
There is a designated trash bin in our backyard. Refrain from using other trash bin in the subdivision. Do not put trash in the parking area. Leave dirty linens and towels in the laundry room.
PLEASE Keep the sand out by removing your shoes. Use our slippers or yours.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Giving an honest review. Overall, my girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay, we had a really great time! we booked last minute and found a gem! The home was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and the host very responsive. The location was awesome, private, a less than 5 min walk from the beach and close to all local attractions. We did encounter some issues but because of the quick responsiveness of the host, they were addressed promptly. Our matters were handled privately but I only mentioned it as a testament to their service. we are fully satisfied and we will be back!

N.A. And his guest were absolutely amazing! They left our place spotless, neat and tidy. They followed the house rules 100%. They were responsive and respectful although we ran into slight issues, they were gracious and forgiving. We want them back! They are the ideal guests!

Overall experience was exceptional. Everything went smoothly. The property was exactly as described, very well maintained and clean. Had everything you would need. Close to the main attractions yet still in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely would stay again next trip down.

Tenants left our residence with red and blue splatters on walls floors and kitchen counters. They left us a 4/5 stars and we feel it was because we kept asking for pics of their IDs ( pic ID of everyone in our residence because they were young.)We asked if they needed anything at all and they assured us everything was great.
