The rooms were smaller than the pictures showed. It could use a deep cleaning. hand rails going to 2nd and 3nd floors were very dirty. Rugs could use a shampoo. But still had a great time in myrtle beach.

Since we are live out of states, and did not often being on-site to observe the property conditions for a few months, I did miss some details on the property this time. I have contacted my cleaning company and discussed your comments and suggestions with them yesterday, we decided to have a carpet deep clean scheduled on next Wednesday 05/27/2026, in which has a timeslot or a gap between guests.. We are professional educators and work for the University and State government agency, we are close to retire age. We have purchased this property for our vacation time and quiet time. However, since we are not retire yet, we cannot be here all the time, we like to share this lovely home with you some time. It is so close to ocean, it is about 70 yards or meters to ocean front. This community is very safe to children, very neat and clean, and very lovable. Hope you will love this home as we do.

What makes this property unique

It is full furnished home. It is a home, away from the home truely. Some features are far better than our primary home. This location is the heart of Myrtle Beach. It is close to fun parks, restaurants, shopping centers, international airport, Broadway Theme Park, almost everything is reachable with walk or short driving distance.
