Stunning Cottage Retreat in Berzi

This stunning cottage is located in a wonderful rural spot in Berzi Liguria (amazing views of the french alps). The unique design living and outdoor areas are an excellent location make it the perfect choice for a couple to get away. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home(please note during the colder months there is a superb Jotul wood burner but the wood is an extra cost)we do provide the first night for free.



Staying here also allows you access to the private gardens(swings for your pleasure)where often wildlife is just a blink of an eye away,you are in total Tranquility here in this mountain village and you have total peace and quiet. A place to truly detox and getaway from the stress of modern day life.
There are fantastic walking trails just outside your door and most of the time you will see very few people so the feeling of having the mountains to yourself is unique and a rarity these days(it's why we know it's a hidden gem)


As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer, a gas hob, a electric oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker and the best views a kitchen dinner could have!!!

The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a smart television, internet access and a music player(bluetooth soundbar),Dvd player with a wide selection of films.


The living room converts to a one bedroom in this cottage which contains a super king size very comfortable pullout bed.


there is an ensuit bathroom which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 6pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking on site(next to the old church)parking facilities available at the property for space for motorcycles/bicycles.
- A washing machine is included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
