Pro’s:Nice rentalSpaciousGood communicationGreat viewClose to everythingOverall nice rental propertyCon’s:Limited parkingThere are 2 parts to the building and going through one side does not lead to the rental property.When I booked the property it showed the water park in the pictures and that’s why I booked the property for the kids to enjoy. In the rental instructions it stated that renters are not allowed to use the water park. This was not mentioned anywhere else before booking. There was a 50 non refundable insurance fee or a 900 refundable fee that must be paid before you can receive the code and check in instructions to the home. This was not mention before nor during the time of booking, There was a dirty sock under the dresser and the home needed dusting. My allergies were very bad due to the dust.

We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the property. We do want to clarify that the listing states that guests do not have access to the water park, and the damage protection requirement is also disclosed prior to booking. Guests are given the choice between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit, which must be completed before check-in information is released. We always encourage guests to review the full listing details and house rules prior to booking to ensure the property is a good fit for their group. That said, we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness concerns. The sock left behind and excessive dust are certainly not up to our housekeeping standards, and we will be addressing those concerns with our team. We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear that, overall, you found the home to be a nice rental and enjoyed your stay!
