The sleeping area includes four bedrooms accommodating a total of 8 guests: two double bedrooms and two bedrooms with bunk beds, ideal for families with children. There are two bathrooms, both with showers.

The living area consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room with direct access to the veranda. The real highlight of the house is the large panoramic veranda, perfectly furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners, with an unobstructed view of the sea.

Outside, the property features a large, well-maintained garden that extends all the way to the sea, a barbecue area, a panoramic sun deck, and a charming outdoor shower made of Gallura stone. An utility room with a washing machine and freezer completes the home.
