Newly-built house to let, set in the fabulous seaside village of Pittulongu, just 7 Km from Olbia.
Marvellous white sandy beaches just a few minutes walk from the property. Pittulongu is a quite and safe area, close to local Restaurants and Supermarket.
The house (60sq.m) with front verandah (20sq.m) and garden (100sq.m) can accommodate up to five people, though best suited for four.
This house is perfect whether you want lazy days on the beach or a base to explore sights from.
For a day out, Olbia, the Costa Smeralda, Golfo Aranci, Porto Rotondo and many other little villages are all within easy reach by car. If you want to discover the region, ask us , we have great ideas about where to go and what to see.

Schönes Haus und kurzer Weg zum Strand

Kleines Haus für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder; sehr gepflegt; schöner Garten mit Tisch und Aussengrill zum draußen Essen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Haben uns einige wertvolle Tipps gegeben.

Schönes Ferienhaus, gute Lage, netter Vermieter

Wir hatten eine super Woche hier! Viele wunderschöne Strände sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, der Strand von Pittulongu ist mit Kindern in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit gut erreichbar. Haus wie beschrieben, alles sauber und ordentlich!

Notre 3ème séjour à "la Casa del Faro" a été parfait !! Sans aucun doute, le meilleur hébergement de la Costa Esmeralda !! Un grand MERCI à Paolo et Salvatore pour leur accueil, gentillesse et disponibilité. Nous reviendrons en 2017 !

Parfait !!

C'est avec un immense bonheur que nous avons séjourné à la Casa del Faro pour la 2ème année consécutive ! Nous recommandons une fois de plus cet hébergement qui est parfait ! Nous remercions tout particulièrement Paolo pour son dévouement et son extrême gentillesse. La Sardaigne est un petit coin de paradis à préserver. Les incroyables et inoubliables plages aux couleurs des Caraïbes, Castelsardo, Santa Teresa di Gallura, San Pantaleo, Bosa, Alguero, Orosei, Cala Gonone, etc... La liste est interminable ! Sans oublier de souligner la gentillesse et l'accueil des sardes. Nous sommes rentrés en pays catalan avec un pincement au coeur et avec l'espoir d'y retourner en 2016 ! Un séjour de 15 jours est vivement conseillé. La plage de Pittulongu restera un de nos meilleurs souvenirs : superbe plage familiale à l'accent italien et randonnées dans le maquis sarde à proximité ! À découvrir sans modération ! Grazie mille, Paolo !

Marvellous holiday in Pittulongu

We (two parents and two teenagers) had a marvellous holiday in Pittulongu. The apartment was beautifully presented and extremely well equipped, with lots of outdoor space in both shade and sun. It was close to beautiful beaches, three good restaurants and an excellent supermarket. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, suggesting outings and finding out about transport. The holiday could not have been better and I would strongly recommend Casa del Faro and Pittulongu to anyone looking for an idyllic beach holiday on a beautiful island with lots to see and do.

Great holiday

We had a great holiday here. Very modern clean house with friendly helpful owner. We had a hire car but you could also walk to the local beaches. Very quiet area we did not have a problem with any noises. We found the location the best yet as you were quite central. There was a large main supermarket on the road leading to Olbia which seem to be the best quality one around (probably Italian equivalent to a Sainsburys). Thank you for a great holiday we hope to return one day!

absolut zu empfehlendes Dominizil, willkommen durch den Besitzer persönlich bei Schlüsselübergabe, umfangreiche Infos über die Gegend ohne Nachfrage, hier kann nicht alles aufgezählt werden, war es war einfach genauso wie wir es wollten und wir haben uns fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Translation for all english-speaking guest. definetly perfect destination, a warmly welcome by the owner himself,detailed information about the area without asking, we can not mention everything, but it was exactly what we wanted and we really felt nearly like being home.

An excellent base

We stayed in this villa for the first week in April 2012. Despite the weather being changeable, and the fact that most tourist facilities (restaurants, shops etc) were closed, we had an excellent stay. Paolo made is very welcome, and we found the house very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, and the use of the bike to collect the bread in the morning was great. Would recommend this for families with children. Duncan, Switzerland

"Un villino a schiera nuo...

"Un villino a schiera nuovissimo con un magnifico giardino con prato inglese e barbecue. La casa dentro arredata benissimo, con tutti i confort come lavatrice, microonde, climatizzatore nelle camere e nel salone. Vicinissima alla spiaggia, praticamente 5 minuti a piedi. I proprietari sono delle persone molto gentili e disponibili e credo davvero che il prossimo anno faremo di nuovo le nostre vacanze qui."

Optimal for a small famil...

Optimal for a small family. Enough space, as well indoor as outdoor. Good furniture and the owners are very quck and friendly if anything is not as desired. The garden is to the south, so very good for the autumn season though it is not so windy. We appreciated it very much

volevo ringraziare i proprietari per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità dimostrata e per aver reso la nostra vacanza in Sardegna così piacevole....è stata davvero una sorpresa al nostro arrivo trovare una casa così ordinata, pulita e ben arredata....ancor di più scoprire che avevamo a nostra disposixzione un bel giardino ricco di essenze mediterranee con la possibilita di grigliate e cene all'aperto... La posizione poi è ottima sia per poter raggiungere a piedi la vicina spiaggia di pittulongu, che le vicine località come Porto Rotondo, Golfo Arnci o Arzachena, ideale sia per chi cerca le spiagge più affollate che per chi cerca luoghi un pò più tranquilli....ve la consiglio davvero!

Meritate Vacanze

L'ottima accoglienza dei proprietari, è stata la premessa di una stupenda vacanza in Sardegna. La casa è molto confortevole, ben arredata e funzionale.Il giardino curatissimo, permette di organizzare simpatici BBQ e aperitivi. Vicinissima alla spiaggia di Pittulongu, infatti con pochi passi, si può ammirare un paesaggio di sabbia bianca e mare limpidissimo di colore azzurro.La posizione dell'immobile è strategica, a pochi minuti di macchina dalla città di Olbia e alla vivacissima Costa Smeralda. Quindi arrivederci alle prossime vacanze!!!

Vacanza fantastica!!!

Ho deciso di proporre ai miei amici una vacanza dalle mie parti, sono sarda, ma lavoro fuori, ed abbiamo scelto questa casa che aveva un ottimo prezzo considerando la posizione e la stagione. Arrivati lì, dopo la gradevole accoglienza dei proprietari abbiamo potuto constatare che si trattava di una casa nuovissima dotata di tutto, anche giardino con BBQ!!! Ci siam sentiti subito come a casa nostra! Avevamo le spettacolari spiagge di Olbia e Golfo Aranci raggiungibili le prime a piedi, le seconde in pochi minuti di auto, insomma settimana di puro relax. Occasione da non perdere!

Bellissimo posto a pochi passi da spiagge stupende e da un mare cristallino. La casa era pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, anche il giardino dotato di barbecue per le grigliate all'aperto!!! Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile nel fornirci tutte le informazioni circa i luoghi da visitare, le attrattive, i ristoranti, etc. Location ideale per una vacanza all'insegna del relax e del divertimento.

"l''appartamento è confortevole, pulito, in posizione tranquilla e vicino a spiagge bellissime raggiungibili in pochi minuti di macchina e adatte anche ai bambini. Con due bimbe piccole abbiamo ben sfruttato il giardino e il patio esterno e l''aria condizionata ha aiutato nelle giornate più calde. I proprietari sono gentili, discreti, disponibili e ci hanno ben consigliato sia sulle spiagge che per attività alternative (sagre, manifestazioni ecc..). "

Neu, sauber, zentral gelegen

Unser erster Urlaub in Sardinien - dank des tollen Hauses und freundlichen Vermieters ein absoluter Volltreffer! Auch mit unserer Gruppe von 4 Erwachsenen bot das Haus genügend Platz, um sich nicht gegenseitig auf die Füße zu treten. Für den täglichen Bedarf ist alles vorhanden, das Domizil ist sauber, einladend eingerichtet und neuwertig ausgestattet. Die große Terrasse mit dem Garten samt Steingrill ist ein absolutes Highlight. Im Garten wachsen sogar Limonenbäumchen. Unser Vermieter war stets hilfsbereit, kam immer wieder mit neuen Tipps und Informationen zu uns und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns rundum wohl und versorgt gefühlt haben. Danke für eine tolle Urlaubswoche! Wer sich mit dem nicht ganz einfachen Bus-System Sardiniens auseinandersetzt, kommt übrigens auch ohne Auto wunderbar zurecht.

"Villa adosada con jardin...

"Villa adosada con jardin individual situado en una localidad costera proxima a Olbia. Tiene una playa proxima muy familiar y tranquila frecuentada por turistas sobretodo italianos. Muy recomendable para ir en familia. Es también un buen punto de partida para descubrir la costa Esmeralda sin pagar el sobrecoste de residir in situ. La casa es nueva y se estreno en 2011. Excelente relación calidad precio. El propietario es muy amable y orientado al cliente."

Perfect Holiday Home

Had lovely holiday in a lovely place, the house was clean and spacious with all the facility provided. Air con in all rooms which was a blessing when we came back from the beach. The spacious veranda and garden has a barbecue, making it a relaxing spot to enjoy some al fresco dining. The owner were very friendly and helpful during our stay and gave so much information. There are some lovely places to eat in Olbia as well as plenty of fantastic beaches. A great place for a relaxing holiday, we will book this cottage again. Jack & Maggie
