Sleeping arrangements

This condo accommodates up to 6 guests across two bedrooms and a living room sofa bed. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has two full-size beds. A full-size sofa bed in the living room provides additional space. Three smart TVs are available, one in each bedroom and another in the living area, offering entertainment for everyone.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals simple, with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and hot water kettle. Valet Parking:

-Monthly rate: $650 plus tax

-6+ month stay: $480/month plus tax

- Damage waiver for reservation per company policy is USD $99 listed in platform when possible, and is included in the total price shown.

- Hotel will take a deposit hold on a credit card for incidentals. It will be released upon check-out and may take between 3-5 business days to return to your card.

- In the rare event the original unit requires maintenance, Zen Vacation Rentals may reassign your booking to an equal or higher-category unit at no extra cost—always ensuring the quality of your stay.
