Steps from Commercial Street, this gracious 4-bed, 2-bath Antique Cape (circa 1749) is located on one of the most picturesque streets in the heart of P-town's Gallery District. This restored historic home features wide polished pine floors, beamed ceilings throughout, and incredible views of the monument, library tower, and rooftops overlooking the Provincetown harbor.

The home is in pristine condition with an open kitchen that leads into a spacious dining room that is tastefully furnished with a restored barn wood farm table that seats eight comfortably. The sunny living room has a deep cushioned couch and chair. Windows overlook the back deck and garden. You can enjoy a warm fire on a chilly night in front of the oversize fireplace. Two large bedrooms are situated on the first floor and two additional large bedrooms on the top floor. A Jack and Jill style bathroom connects the top floor bedrooms. All 4 bedrooms have queen sized beds with tasteful linens.

The back door opens to blue stone patio lined with beautiful plantings of sea grass, Japanese maple trees, potted lavender and umbrella pine trees. There are 3 separate areas to the backyard for your enjoyment. A dining area with a large table and market umbrella surrounded by teak chairs and benches. A lounging area with Pottery Barn furniture; coffee table, a sectional with ottoman, cushions and attractive throw pillows. In addition, there is an oversize patio umbrella if shade is needed, along with teak side tables and Adirondack chairs for plenty of seating. Tucked away among the bamboo and lilac tree, is a reading nook, with 3 Adirondack chairs and market umbrella, that add to your private oasis. Lastly, enjoy the new outdoor shower, ideally situated to capture the rays of the sun!

There is parking for two cars and plenty of room in the yard for bikes, kayaks, and beach toys.

Great place in an excellent location.

This place was great. It has everything we (4 adults and 3 kids) needed including four good sized bedrooms and is in an excellent central location. The property manager was very helpful and responsive.

You cannot beat the location of the rental. That combined with a lovely backyard to relax in and all the necessities in the home, it’s the perfect place to stay! Terry is easy to communicate with as an added bonus.

Beautiful house

Had a great time, house is well located steps to Commercial street but very quiet as well. Very spacious and well stocked, we had everything we needed to cook meals. Outdoor space is beautiful and very private. Property manager was very accommodating and responsive.

Incredible stay

Perfect Provincetown stay

We loved our stay in this home! Conveniently located to Commercial Street and all of the wonderful PTown restaurants, shops and galleries, it was perfectly situated for the wedding we were attending at the Town Hall. The home is beautifully decorated, and has plenty of original charm. The host was fantastic to communicate with as well! We would certainly look forward to a return stay at this property!

Great House for Family Trip

My partner and I spent the last week of June with my brother and his wife, our niece and nephew, and our dog . The house was plenty spacious for two adult couples, two kids, and the one dog. It’s in a great location being just steps away from all the action and excitement on Commercial Street but also located on a quiet and picturesque side street. The private outdoor space is inviting and relaxing at all times of day but especially in the morning as a natural place to gather, wake up, and plan out your day. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off after a day at the National Seashore beach or a walk along the nearby harbor beach. The owner, Terry, was always available and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to staying again next year!

Memorial Day Weekend reunion

My longtime friends and I had a great time staying at 6 Law St. Perfect location to get into town quickly. 2+ parking spots at the house but would recommend carpooling and cars on the small to medium size.

The perfect cape home!

Beautiful House - Perfect Location

My family and I had a wonderful week-long stay in this beautiful home. The house is a perfect combination of historical beauty with modern amenities. Peaceful, homey, perfect location

This home was perfect for our weekend getaway. The location is absolutely amazing. Very short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The owner is attentive, friendly and responsive. Great location and accommodations!

This house is in a great location in the east end - just off Commercial Street. 4 good size bedrooms and a great outdoor space for entertaining and beautiful gardens. Terry was very accommodating and checked in several times during the week to make sure we had everything we needed. There was a group of 7 of us staying at the house for the week and we'd definitely consider staying here again!

Great Rental!

We loved this rental! Great light, amazing views, comfortable living, perfect location, all the amenities you could ever need (including a private outdoor shower!). Will definitely rent next year, hopefully for two weeks!
