This newly constructed house has 9' ceilings downstairs with reclaimed oak floors, historic ceiling beams and pools of windows allowing pastoral views while remaining very private. The kitchen includes high-end Fisher Paykel appliances with a 36'' dual fuel stove, large island, artful lights and a generous walk-in pantry - designed for cooking and entertaining. The living room has a 12' wide glass slider, gas fireplace and 1/2 bath. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms with a shared bath and a 3rd ensuite bedroom, all with extraordinary views. Outside is a large patio, grill and outdoor shower. Driveway parking for 2-4 cars.

Beautiful property set back from the bustle of PTown in a quiet setting but not far from everything town has to offer. Nice new construction with plenty of living space on the first floor and three big rooms with king beds upstairs. Patio is a fantastic area to sit in the afternoon sun with the backdrop of bayberry farms.

I highly recommend this VRBO property. Overall, we had a great stay and would certainly stay here again.Highlights: - Accommodations: Three large bedrooms, all with king beds. Includes a primary suite with an en suite bathroom, a shared bathroom for the other two bedrooms, and a convenient half-bathroom off the kitchen. - Amenities: Effective air conditioning, comfortable bedding, and dedicated parking, which was a huge plus in Provincetown. - Connectivity & Layout: Strong Wi-Fi for our entire group, and both the front and back decks provided excellent spaces for morning coffee. - Location: Prime, quiet area overlooking a lovely horse farm. It is less than a 20-minute walk to the center of town and 15–20 minutes to the beach. - Hosts: Professional, responsive communicators who addressed all inquiries promptly.Areas for Improvement: - Towels: The towels felt a bit lower grade and could be upgraded to match the high caliber of the property. - Window Coverings: While the bedrooms have window coverings, the lower level lacks them, making the afternoon sun quite warm and bright. - Pests & Odor: Due to the proximity to the horse farm, the smell and flies made it difficult to keep the doors and windows open.In summary, a great VRBO find - highly recommend.
