It has three levels of living with additional 750 square foot finished basement & 720 square foot roof deck. This home has top of the line mattresses. It is decorated in a peaceful contemporary style.
Located near the Truro line on Commercial Street in the East End of town in the Beach Point area. The house is great for the people that like peace, privacy and space away from your neighbors. A nice place to come home and relax to after a busy day on the beach or night out in town. Comes with parking for 4 cars and is a short ten minute shuttle bus ride into town, 15 min. bike ride or a 30 min walk. The yard is FENCED in for small children and pets with a deck & gas grill. It has 2 bedrooms on the second floor. The 3rd bedroom is on the first floor. The house has wire-less internet access, DVD, stereo & digital cable with digital music choice. You will be staying 1,000 feet from the water.
This house is perfect for your kayaks or canoes since it is located on the bay side and only a short walk to the sandy beach.

Shut off all mini splits before checking out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
