The Cottonwood 3.2 Ski Home offers seven bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths - This home has fabulous views of the Wasatch Mountains from your private hot tub (Dec 15-April 15) in the back yard, you can see forever on a clear day! This home has 2 sets washer/dryers, 2 full kitchens, a total of 4 living/family rooms on 3 levels, high speed internet, 3 cable HDTVs. Easy walk to the Ski Bus to Alta/Snowbird.

Wonderful home and Wonderful View

Our group loved this house. Very spacious with room for everyone. The view of the entire valley in this home is unbeatable! We couldn't get people out of the hot tub. Very convenient to the canyons and everything else. Great stay!

A perfect option for our family

We had our two boys and their families join us for a family vacation. The property provided a lot of space with a nice, multilevel backyard. The lowest level is a two bedroom home. The upper levels have 4 bedrooms, three gathering spaces, a kitchen/dining space, a laundry room, a shared bathroom, and an amazing master suite that exits to the top level of the back yard. We had the privilege of watching a couple of young bucks one evening and a couple of other times during our stay. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a sort of loft area that our three young granddaughters enjoyed thoroughly. We also appreciated the spices and other items provided by previous guests.

Exceptional family ski home

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay in Utah. We came in for Christmas and right from the start we felt at home. The house was spacious, clean, and had so many amenities! The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook. Kevin even put up Christmas decor for us. So thoughtful! The home is less than 15 minutes away from Snowbird, which is where we skied for 4 days. The hot tub was perfect for days after skiing. Also super close to a grocery store, Starbucks, gas, and restaurants! Would 1000% come back to stay and definitely recommend. OH and did I mention the amazing mountain view’s from the home?! Stunning!
